  • The safety of people and property is a daily and major challenge through risk management and continuous improvement.
  • A TFAA* of 13.3 points down -9.6 points between 2017 and 2018
  • We spent 5,112 hours on HSE and quality
  • 98% of new arrivals receive safety training in their first week of arrival

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN POTENTIAL

  • 18,658 hours of training in 2018 to improve skills, international development, quality, and HSE
  • TeamPulse, a managerial development program,with the participation of 120 managers in 2018 who carry the REVIMA’s values to all employees
  • TSponsorship, in order to better integrate new employees, and to promote the skills and expertise of thetutors, 21 sponsorships were thus carried out in 2018

EMPLOYMENT AND EQUALITY

  • REVIMA recruited 154 new employees in 2018,representing a +20% increase in our workforce
  • +3.57% women joined our teams between 2018 and the 1st half of 2019
  • 75% of employees in 2018 are shareholders
