REVIMA is looking for its future: Production Engineer – M/W
The Production Engineer ensures :
- Provide work instructions and routings for the production, based on existing approved manuals or OEM data
- Perform all engineering task which are required to introduce new capabilities (tools and equipment specification, development of work instructions, bills of materials, etc.)
- Work with the OEM to get repair concessions as required
- Build Technical Data base in IFS (internal computer data base)
Your main tasks will be:
Tasks:
- Provide work instructions, routings, BOM’s, etc. for the production within IFS database, which is derived from OEM manuals or other approved data
- Maintain and update work instructions to ensure they comply with the latest revision of approved data (especially OEM manuals) on a timely basis
- Co-ordinate and liaise with the OEM for repair concessions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Initiate innovation or process improvements and cost reduction activities to support production for efficiency, turnaround times, quality, environmental, health and safety, etc.
- Provide technical assistance/clarification to Technicians for operational issues
- Work shift and overtime, also on weekends, as required
- Assist with investigations of warranty claims and Non-Conformances, as required
- Support sales, customer service and others for technical assistance
- Assist with projects or new capability development, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Profile required:
- Very good knowledge of OEM CMM’s and other technical data
- Good understanding of aviation regulations and quality systems
- High proficiency in working with the IT systems, especially IFS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Major in Aerospace, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge of landing gears or overhaul processes is an asset
- Ability to read, write, understand English (TOEIC 500)
- Able to read, interpret and understand drawing, CMM Manuals and other relevant documents in English
- Computer literacy (Office software, ERP)
- Strong on problem solving, analytical skill, and service mind
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
